I realize how naive this sounds as I type it but, in this day and age, how does this happen?

"We don't want your cash. We do want your voice and support."

I watched both the Cdn and UK videos. The simplicity is startling. Tears welled up in my eyes. I'm challeneged to know how to use my voice and support.

You know its sad - because we so often need reminding. Duncan (grade six) chose poverty and child starvation as his speech subject - while I am proud of him - he blew me out of the water with this as his choice - it breaks my heart that this is a subject that needs to be talked about - that its still a problem.
I pray that when his children get into grade six this subject will no longer be an issue.
Obviously Dunc has more than a little of his uncle mike in him!
