I loaded it up on my ipod for the flight home last night, but Dr. Chopra's phone line wasn't very clear and I gave up trying to listen to it from 40,000 feet. I talked to Bruxy about it at lunch last week though, and he said it was a good experience. Apparently it was Deepak's first evangelical interview ever, and they wanted to make it a positive experience. In the first file Drew and Bruxy interact with Deepak and his daughter Mallika, and look for common ground. The second file is some follow-up conversation between Drew and Bruxy, and some callers (I think.)
I was telling Gord about my lunch with Mark, and how much Hope in Troubled Times had impacted me. He laughed and said he had been in a book store with Rene Padilla (in either Vancouver or Buenos Aires - I'm not sure which) when Rene saw Hope on the counter. He pointed to Bob Goudzwaard's name on the cover and said, "I know that guy." So Gord bought him a copy of the book.
