The post-election violence in Kenya has decimated the tourism industry. As a result, The Mara Conservancy has taken to soliciting donations in order to pay their rangers. (I know there is much to be concerned about in Kenya, but this is among the worthy causes to consider supporting.) These folks are very smart, and very wired. It was really odd to see zebras so comfortable around those predators.
