Marcus Borg will be in Vancouver this weekend conducting a workshop with the minor title of ‘Re-thinking the Big Questions: God, the Bible, Jesus and the Christian Life’. There's a free public Lecture on Friday night, and an all-day seminar on Saturday (Saturday requires registration and payment.) Both events will be held at St. Mary’s (Kerrisdale) Anglican Church, 2490 West 37th at Larch, and all the details are here.
